Office Hours, Appointments, Fees
Appointments are available:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
We do not provide emergency or inpatient services
Office staff available by phone:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Whenever our staff is not available, you may leave a message on our voice mail.
We accept most Health Insurance Plans and Employee Assistance Programs. We offer a Time-of-Service Discount for those without Insurance or not using Insurance.
